I wanted to take this opportunity to express my gratitude towards you through this thank you letter. A few days ago, I accidentally dropped my newly purchased phone on the bus and forgot to pick it up. When I realized my phone was missing, I felt extremely anxious and distressed.
I searched the whole bus and asked the driver if he had seen my phone but to no avail. I felt helpless and hopeless. After all, the phone was a considerable amount of my recent hard work and earnings.
During my moments of despair, you, among many other kind-hearted individuals, gave me great encouragement and assistance. You consoled me, and by pulling out your phone, you allowed me to search for my lost phone directly. With your help, I found my phone and felt a great sense of relief and gratitude.
Your kindness and friendliness certainly made a lasting impression on me, and I felt the warmth and power of human empathy. Therefore, your kind action was, in fact, another precious gift for me- confidence and courage to face the challenges and obstacles in life, and the belief that good deeds always repay kindness.
