As an international student, I have struggled with English ever since I arrived in this foreign country. You have not only been an excellent teacher, but also a friend who has helped me adapt to a new culture and way of life. You always made yourself available to answer my questions and clear my doubts. You showed me how to break down complex grammar and sentence structures into simpler components that I could easily grasp. Your patience, kindness and dedication, coupled with your excellent teaching skills, have enabled me to make steady progress in my English proficiency.
Your classes have been one of the highlights of my year. Your teaching style is engaging, and I've learned a lot from your thought-provoking discussions and interactive lessons. I appreciate the way you relate your lessons to real-life situations, which has helped me to understand the practical dimension of English. You also encouraged me to speak out in class, which was daunting at first but became easier as I gained more confidence.
